Live view is the frame rate while someone is watching. Recording is the frame rate saved on the card. Pictures in between those saved ones are skipped. Quality is the JPEG setting. Camera clock is the sensor's megahertz. Format quick-formats that camera's card. Reset defaults puts the saved settings back to the values this camera starts with.
